heart palpitations dangerous or is it just anxiety?

I am 17 year old boy and I am a soccer player, all my life i have been fit but recently, a month ago I got into an accident and my axiety got bad and Then i started having heart palpitations and my mom says its from the accident and my anxiety plus caffeine intake I do not get any out of breathe situations or chest pains they just bother me being able to feel my heartbeat, Any Ideas if this is harmful, they usually happen at night before I go to bed, Any ideas or help? please aand thank you.

Usually not harmful but your doctor can tell you that for sure. Mine started after a week long panic attack and they've been off and on all day ever since. Deffinitle stop caffine atleast until they ease up.
