New Round of Symptoms

Been having some issues the past few months and a few new symptoms have arose.

To make a long story short, I have Cardio work done up, Nuke Stress Test, Echocardiogram,48 Hour Holter Monitor. The 48 hour HM picked up a few PVC's and PAC's  (Like 6-8 in total) and a 2.8 second pause when I was asleep. The Cardio Doc then prescribed me a 21 day HM test (Currently on day 16) for a futher look.

My original Symptoms was chest pain and a strange feeling in my chest from time to time. All these issues became noticeable after a death in my family from a heart attack. Which brought on anxity from all these issues.

My new symptoms are as follows: Dizziness or Light headed...not real bad just a short period of somethings not right. Last night when I was trying to fall asleep I would get to the point where I was just about out and then wake up kinda gasping for air. I would then check my pulse and everything felt normal. 70-80BPM. Also I have been just not feeling well. Kinda hard to describe, not a area of feeling bad, just generaly feeling like BLAH.

However keep in mind that I do suffer from Acid Reflux and have been for quite sometime. Although it has never been diagnosed I am sure I do have GERD.

Vitals: BP ranges from 127/77  to 134/82
HR: (Rest or just sitting around is)  70-85 BPM
Temp: 97.9 to 98.6

Being on that 21 day HM, if a issue was there, they would have noteified me by now right?

I am sorry about the death in your family. It appears to me that your symptoms are anxiety related, they can mimic all kinds of things, and since your cardio exam was good and your symptoms are not too severe, I would say this is the problem, Anxiety is not fun, and it can definitely cause all kinds of "unreal" feelings. I have anxiety at times, and when I do, I am a mess, so, I can relate to what you are going through. I, too, have had that gasping feeling when I am just about to fall asleep, I have not heard of anyone else having that, I hate that feeling, my heart is always normal when I check it afterwards, so is my b/p, but, I sure hate it. I do not have it all the time, and I am thankful for that. So, you see, you are not alone. :)

Wow, I am full of forget today :P

Also been having a mild headache as well. I dont really get headaches at all so this is new to me. I feel it most where the neck meats the back of the head. Also when I shake my head back and forth it kinda feels like my brain is loose. I know that sounds crazy, but its the best way to describe it.

Sorry I forgot to mention, The Nuke Stress Test and Echo came back solid with no problems.
