I think that PVC's shouldn't really cause dizziness unless they are so close together that the supply of blood to your brain is decreased. Bigeminy (every other beat) can cause dizziness on the other hand some people can walk around in bigeminy and feel fine. I think it probably depends on how much blood is being perfused .PVCs are usually less efficient at pumping blood, which is why most people feel a skip in their pulse. I can feel my PVCs in my pulse, although they are weaker than the normal beats. I'm not sure about this but I think their ability to perfuse blood might depend on the timing of the PVC (how long the ventricle has to fill) and also on the path the electric charge takes through the ventricle.
I have definitely felt dizzy when I've been anxious about my PVCs though and equally dizzy when I've been anxious about other things but not having PVCs.
I get that from time to time...the dizziness. I am on beta blockers and that can make you feel dizzy, but I also think my mind (the anixety) plays a HUGE role.
I just posted asking somewhat that question...how can you not be nervous anymore? I get the flutters and hard beats sometimes and those I can deal with, but it's really impossible for me to deal with the "dropped" sensations. It feels like my heart is literally doing a somersault. Do you get that ever?
