Rapid heart rate after eating

I'm 37 5'9 165
Whatch what I eat etc. For about the last 3 mths after I eat anything (regular meal)
My heart rate go's super fast. It's kinda scary & very annoying & uncomfrotable to the point I don't want to eat anything, cause I don't want to have an episode.
Any clues?

I would agree with Artaud you should see your family Doctor and ask for a 24 hour Holder Monitor (I would ask for a 7 day one actually) which could shed some light on your symptoms. I have Atrial Fibrillation (AF) which is triggered by eating, and often by lying down. Atrial Fibrillation is a rapid irregular heartbeat which can be controlled by medication (which my AF is)  Go see your Doctor and mention Atrial Fibrillation. Good Luck

Lastly, I would consider seeing your Family Doctor and explaining your symptoms and concerns. An in-office EKG and 24 Hour Holter Monitor may shed some light on your symptoms.
