Having increase heart rate

What could be the cause of the increase heart rate, swelling in feet and hands, with hot flush feeling? I think I know, but would like a second opinion.

If you are getting edema in the extemities, increased heart rate and a hot flash feeling it seriously could be anything...if you are a woman of a certain age we all know where that arrow points to...however as you are no doubt aware edema is never something to ignore and you need to get confirmation from a doc that its nothing serious....geez it could be about anything....a hot day, menstration, menopause, circulatory, ergonomics, the list goes on and on and on...make the appt. peace of mind is the best thing in the world and attempted self diagnosis is not....good luck w. this and let us know...
