you're welcome; there's a Dysautonomia (autonomic dysfunction) forum here with info http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/Neurological-Disorders/Autonomic-Dysfunction--Dysautonomia-Index-Page/show/857?cid=196 as well as the National Dysautonomia Research Foundation and Dysautonomia Information Network as well; lots of information about disorders can be found in each of these

as always, ask your doctor about anything you read or that may seem familiar in your case; these situations will not fit everyone but may be a clue because the autonomic nervous system regulates our "inner" worlds.

is this happening at the same time every month? make sure you keep a log or journal of dates, times and symptoms that may help your dr's pinpoint something.

there were no infections or inflammations found? sounds like what I get when I'm having a really bad episode; I have autonomic nervous system dysfunction; if you're fainting they need to do a tilt table test - sounds like you have some ANS issues going on - mention this to your cardiologist or EP and if you have to go back to the ER

Have been in hospital once a month for 4 months and Doctors can't decide what the problem is. Thank you for responding

I agree with Jerry, sounds like you need attention right away, if only to rule out that there's nothing serious going on.

If it were me I'd go to ER and get it checked.
