PACs and PVCs

I know that PACs originate in the atria and PVC in the ventricles. Which one is more dangerous (or are they NOT considered dangerous at all in a healthy heart?)

How do you know which one you are experiencing?

Thanks Zachs!  Do you know the difference in how they feel?  Is it possible to know which one I'm having?

And of course they are benign occurring in a structurally normal and disease free heart.
