PVC and Heart Enlargement?

Probably a stupid question, but I read on Wikipedia that if you have >1000 PVCs per day, it can cause enlargement of the heart? Just worries me a bit, because I probably definitely have over 1000 a day.

Whew, Jerry, thanks for posting a reply. I have about 8500 PVCs a day, and the thought that I might get heart enlargement from them had me a little worried!

Wikipedia has a lot of good information, but I think that the relationship between PVC and heart enlargement is very small if it exists at all.  

A more likely cause of heart enlargement is high blood pressure and heart valve problems... not arrhythmia.
