When will my heart palpitations go away?

To start off, i’m a 19 year old male. Not really athletic at all and i smoke frequently. Almost a week ago, i woke up vomiting food from the night before and with stomach pain. those subsided after a day, but i noticed that i was having the palpitations in my chest that sometimes would hurt and make me lose my breath. i have WPWS but I’ve never experienced anything like this. The palpitations came out of nowhere to be honest. They were manageable until a few days ago and I ended up going to the emergency room. I was genuinely terrified that i was having a heart attack. They told me everything looked fine. They did an ECG, drew blood, took an X-Ray. I was discharged but i returned for the next two days because the palpitations didn’t go away. I was prescribed Atarax for my anxiety but still nothing yet. They’re constant. They’re still going on as I type this. I don’t know what it is and i’m just scared. Is there anybody that can give me more insight please?
