PVCS,PACS,ECTOPICS,PAUSES,SKIPPING BEATS, ANXIETY

I have a hard time ( and for a very feasible reason! ) believing what my gp and cardiologist say about my skipped beats and or intermittent chest pain. My reason for this is very simple. With viral myocarditis, inflammation of the heart for those who dont know, there can be no symptoms in upto 50% of patients, that 25/50, 5/10, 1/2 individuals with this condition! Add to the fact that it causes scar tissue in the heart, that an echo cardiogram or ecg cannot see, makes it pretty much undetectable! How am i supposed to realistically believe these professionals, and relax about my heart! Its a catch 22. Just how rare is this condition and i cant see my gp ordering a MRI for me just because i have some symptoms that COULD be just ordinary anxiety related
