PVCs after vigorous exercise

I am a 26 year old female and in excellent health. I have always been very active. I started having PVCs infrequently about 6 or 7 years ago, mostly stress-induced. My doctor said it was nothing to worry about, and I've ignored them. However, within the past two or three months, I've been getting them after particularly vigorous workouts. I'm heavily involved in a sport called Crossfit, which is very high intensity. Last night, after a workout, I had PVCs every 20 or 30 seconds for several hours. It's started to worry me. Am I at risk of just keeling over? I am otherwise very healthy, but I do drink a glass or two of red wine almost every night, which is a habit I've picked up within the past two or three months also. Could they be related? If it helps, I'm not overweight at all. 5'3" and about 115 lbs, mostly muscle.

I would greatly appreciate any help on this! Thanks.

I would suggest a visit to the cardio,  ask for a holter monitor to catch these episodes so he can review them.
