PVCs evolving over time

I am 30 yr old male who has had PVCs going on 8 years. They seem to be extremely random. I could go a month with very few issues, but then I will go a week where I could get tens of thousand PVCs a day. They also seem to change or evolve over time. I used to only get them bad during the day, but now they seem to be bothering me mostly at night and even waking me up and keeping me awake. The come in patterns a lot too. I was used to the every 4th or 3rd beat for extended periods of time, but now they have evolved to every other beat. When it's every other beat, I have only noticed when I am laying down or sleeping. When I sit up or stand up the symptoms cease. I am currently not taking meds, bc like every one else my mutiple tests I have done says I have a structurally healthy heart. I work out regularly (part of my job) and don't seem to have any other symptoms associated with the pvcs. How often should I see my heart doctor? I have learned to deal with these issues, but I am concerned when things change like this. I was thinking I should start seeing me doctor annually and getting tests done to make sure nothing hasn't changed. Thoughts?
