PVCs

I think I'm obsessed trying to find what can cause the PVCs. Last month was the worst ever for me, in a specific day I felt 6-7 PVCs in a minute which is a record for me, and suddenly... they disappeared again! I don't have a single PVC since a week ago, and I simply can't understand why. Nothing has changed, I'm not more anxious, I didn't change the way I eat, I don't exercise more or less, I don't take any medication, I just can't understand the reason why my PVCs come and go.  I got the point that I'm writing everything I eat and trying to connect specific kinds of food to good / bad days in terms of PVCs.  But I just can't do it, because now I don't have them :/    But I know they will come back...

I really hate these things, they make me crazy.

I have a similar type.  No one knows why they occur.  The leading theory is inflammation, low grade inflammatory issues.   The source could be very varied.   It could be a low grade auto immune issue, viral, bacterial, aging process.   Whatever it is, the process is sneaky enough to fly under the radar.
