What shall I do

Hi, I’m only 14 and clueless when it comes to symptoms and knowing when to do something about them. Last year I was at the doctors and I had a blood test done for anemia and it came back as I didn’t have it and I just needed to have more iron, I have bad period pain too and I’ve been having tests done for that last month including a blood test which came back all clear. I’m the last two weeks I have been getting all the symptoms of anemia again but a lot worse then last time and while I was at school the other day I had a really strong Pilsen in the top on of my right arm, so strong you could see my arm moving! I didn’t realise this was a symptom of anemia till today. Do I go back to the doctors and ask for another blood test?
