but what if you have low bp normally? my blood pressure is usually 110/70 or 90/60 (if that's the right way to say it). i just notice that my heart beats faster, but not by much. if it is around 76-80, it will go to like 90-96. when this happens, i always think it is because of mild anxiety/how your hr increases when you smoke anything (cigarettes, hookah).

Marijuana use increases the heart rate as much as 50 %, depending on the amount of THC. It can cause chest pain in people who have a poor blood supply to the heart - and it produces these effects more rapidly than tobacco smoke does.

One study has indicated that a person's risk of heart attack during the first hour after smoking marijuana is four times his or her usual risk. The researchers suggest that a heart attack might occur, in part, because marijuana raises blood pressure and heart rate and reduces the oxygen-carrying capacity of blood.

Based on the information above...chronic use would definitely have an impact on your cardiac health. There is not one good thing that can come of this.:)

Weed usually increases the heart rate, and has also been known to induce panic attacks.  (this only happens in some people).  Surely though it increases the hearts pumping, and raises your blood pressure.  When you smoke your vessels contract making your blood pressure rise.  Weed is not very harmful to your heart in any kind of way.  Keep smoking it, get your mind right.
