Does anyone know where I can find Celeste77's posts on magnesium that often discussed on this board?

Also, does anyone know if there is a risk to taking magnesium supplements?

If you go here I posted ALOT of good stuff about magnesium and there is a book on amazon called the magnesium factor it got 5 stars and the reviews were amazing!!!!! worth the read for $5
