change in heart rate from diet?

So far i have lost nearly 25 pounds since jan.  My heart rate normally was 85-100, now its 65-80

30 years old.  i am not working out, just watching what i eat and eating less.

is this normal?

Yuppers, from losing weight. I have lost 35 pounds since January and my resting HR has gone down. I do though also workout 6 days a week but either way, its less work on your heart.

Definitely normal, and a good thing. Your heart isn't having to pump as hard to distribute blood throughout your body. Keep it up!

I would say it's probably normal...and a good thing!  Your heart is not having to work as hard.  Congratulations on the 25 lb. weight loss!
