heart burn, murmur and irregular beat

since last year I have been feeling tired, dizzy, sleeplessness, foggy eyes and energyless, recently I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism.
I have been taking eurtirox 20ml for around 45 days. at times I feel better, but I am not totally settled most of all my heart burn and heart murmuring with irregular beats disturb me constantly. IS THIS CONDITION NORMAL? AM I GOING TO GET BETTER OR NORMAL?

I have got a general Dr. who prescribed all the above mediation, so I hope that she knows what she is prescribing. Do you think any of the medication that I am taking may be causing all is damage on my metabolism?

Have you discussed you heart rhythm symptoms with your doctor, with a cardiologist?

Have you given the side-effects listed for your medications? If any of them relate to your symptoms, that could be the cause.
