I personally don't like to take med. One stage, I start with one kind of med then they kept adding in to 7 kinds... (Pretty colour mixing magic bullets!) The med it caused me having migraine headache but no one knows. Then they gave me the med to stop and prevent migraine.... The med that caused me reflux (gastric pain & nausea). Then the gastric doc prescripted Nexium and Tazac to prevent and treat reflux. One day, my pap smear came up with severe abnormality. I stopped all the med. Guest what? No more migraine, no more reflux.... Weight loss as well. After one month, I did the pap smear again. It turned out nearly to normal. Side effect is horrible.... It nearly kill me.
My cardio didn't stop me taking chocolate and coffee. Now I might need coffee to boost up my heart beats LOL!
Hi WMAC
Everyone is cautious here when talking about heart disease, for it can entirely change our life just in few minutes....
However, if we can't change a new heart (or maybe some more years we could do that!), then I would try to at least change my attitude toward my life.
I follow what doctor told me and trust in him, just like I trust in God. I exercise, I take medicine the doc has provided, follow the advice, what to do, not to do, I have done all I can do, then I left the rest to God!
Try to enjoy what you like to do daily, be relax, and also, trust your doctor or change another one!
I am glad my doctor doesn't suggest me quit form chocolate. :)
Having chocolate with good mood now,
A friend (with heart arrthymia at night frequently)
