The 30 day event

I am on the monitor called etrigger af920. Which based on the description is to monitor afib, tachy and brady. After sending each full memory I get to see a glimpse of my ecg.. interesting looking thing heh. My only challenge is that I need to have somebody answer the questions for me when I send the info to the lab. I'm surprised the memory fills up so fast even tho I'm on 50 mg of metropolol a day.

Yes I agree about irritation.. I was itchy after 2 days hahah.. For the most part its automatic and I just have to record 1 event on my own. But I like the screen as I can see whats happening in a preview not imagine things :D

Glad to see you've got the monitor.  That will help the doctor (and you) to pinpoint what's going on.  When I first starting using the monitors, I used to press "record" a lot.  Eventually, I started recording only a few of each of the "different" feelings.  Otherwise, I could have recorded all day long.

Not sure about the ST depression, but your doctor will be able to correlate it to you, your body type and your symptoms.

Watch out for those sticky things -- they can be pretty irritating to the skin.

Using an event monitor is challenging as a deaf person wow. Since I have to send in information. I think I got it worked out.. by first calling using the relay ( operator assisted call) then hanging up and sending information right after. I've called twice now, but waiting for more sticky pads to arrive in the mail. I do see something that looks like an ST depression on the ecg preview.. I don't really know anything about it and took me forever to find it on the web and find that word. Any ideas to what causes that sort of thing?
