hi, yeah i agree that u should be referred to a cardioligist
i actually commented cos i wanted to say that till my heart started skipping beats 24-7 last week, i never realised people like us in our 30s and younger get heart problems!!!!
by reading these forums i realise it aint just me as i have been freaking over it badly
good luck, i think its stress for most of us, xxxxxx
If your heart rate is moving up into the 180's you definately need to see a heart doc not a regular doctor or in better terms a cardiologist. If your doctor freaks you out time to get a new doctor period. A cardiologist is a specialist of the heart and the surrounding areas so that is definately who you need to see. Your pulse rate is WAY too high....you need to make an appt. sooner than later....let us know how it goes
i am 35 yrs old male and dealin w this prob also my heart rate has gone as high as 189 an should i see a gi for this prob cause my dr seems clueless and it freaks me out.
I have PVC's and alot of us have an increase in palpitations after eating or after eating certian foods. The two things that help me is gas-x and zantac. If I'am having a particularly bad time I take the gas-x 4 times a day before each meal and before bed. I will also take zantac before breakfast and before dinner. Just for a couple of days till things settle down. I also try not to eat a large amount of food at each meal. You can also try to figure out which foods tend to make you more "gassy". There is definately a connection between my stomach and my PVC's.
