I have had several similar episodes over the past few months. They last for 3-4 days then disappear for awhile. All tests are ok, but its very depressing to deal with this. Hopefully they can catch your bad rhythm on the monitor. Luckily my b b bbbbb b b bbbb etc... rate performed for the ER and they said benign PAC's and not to worry. I am still confused as to when multiple PAC's are considered a AFib or Aflutter.
Thank you for your comments, I will have to see about getting those books.Well I went to the cardio today. He wants me to do the King of Hearts monitor again, so I go to get that on Friday. He did an ekg today and all that showed was a PAC. He says he doesn't think it is life threatning since my heart is structurally normal, but would like to catch that rate I had yesterday on a monitor to see if I need to see an ep doctor.
I know how you feel. Mine are back to. They have been off and on for 3 months now.
It is so hard to think we are okay even though our tests are normal isn't it? I think you had an anxiety attack this morning. I'm sure you will be reassured by your doctor tomorrow. Let me know cause it will help reassure me too! We are having a "setback" as Claire Weeks likes to put it in her book 'Hope and Help for your Nerves". Go on Amazon and get that and her other one "Peace from Nervous Suffering". They are the best therapy I know. My pvc's always feel different and they drive me crazy and scare me so much! You won't fall over dead. If your doctor was really worried, he would have told you to go to the ER.
