just read this today..i have hep c, genotype 2. i have mitral valve prolpase, and an overactive heart rhymth and irregular beats which is controlled by meds, btea blocker and anti arrymthia.i also am on a med called midodrine for low blood pressure.it would suddenly drop to 50/40.and i would feel so spaced out.no one knows how i never passed out. i got a study done in heart lab called tilt table test.diagnosed with vaso-vagal syncope..but i get pre-syncope,since i dont actually pass out,but during test i did b/c they induce a faint.i have extreme anxiety and get tremmors from head to toe,and that just adds to my existing heart thing.......i think you need to be on safe side and be checked for hep c,again and all other lab work, and a good cardio work up.see a cardioligst....maybe you will feel at ease.are you still feeling this way ? i was just diagnoed 3 months ago.im fortunate enough to be genotype 2, where they think theres a cure.i just starting treating yesterday. i have had similar symptoms as you for years.............good luck. i know the feeling.trust me...............
I had the same thing one year ago while working in Indonesia, I was then diagnosed with Dengue, Thyphoid, Hepatitis A, and colitis. I also had parasites in my system that developed into worms. Get a full blown blood and stool test.
Sounds like a doctor would be a much better person to analyze this rather than a random group on the internet. SEriously this could be anything. I'd be at the doctors not on the internet.
This could be a HUGE range of things, including as working dog suggested, drug or alcohol withdrawal (I don't mean to suggest that is your problem, but these are typical symptoms of that state). Other concerns would include fat embolism (especially if you had multiple long bone fractures (as your procedures suggest), infection related to the orthopaedic implants, infection unrelated to anything you mentioned (have you been exposed to histoplasmosis / animals etc etc) or totally unrelated weird stuff. See a good internist, and be sure to mention all your exposures.
Live long and prosper!

did you stop drinking and now taking pain meds???when i stopped drinking i had a lot of that stuff going on...and it can last quite a while...billy
It sort of sounds like a panic attack to me but who knows. Have you seen your doctor? If you can't get answers if I was you, I'd see an infectious disease specialist if you can to make sure you didn't pick something up in Honduras.
Your symptoms don't sound like hepatitis to me but we are not doctors here.
does not sound like hepatitis. i would look at other causes. go to a teaching hospital. good luck and hope you find out what is wrong
I wish I could be of more help, but their is a myriad of things it could be. What kind of a Doctor have you seen in the states? It could be something you picked up in the hospital?
