All we know is that you have chronic Hepatitis B. The Q2 608.84 S/co has no meaning. So we need more information, such as, ALT, AST, hbvdna, HbeAg status, etc before we can give you our opinions.
thank you for your answer. For the moment i have only this blod test.. I thought was enough for having one answer. Thank you
those are the results. Bilirubina mg/dl 0.41. Gbt(ALT) UI/1 9. GOT (AST) 31. Gama gytamil transpepthdaza (GGT) 22. As i see everything is normal. But i would like every opinion. Thank you.

ALT is 19? If it is 19, then it is a very good ALT. You really should have a complete liver functions test and hbvdna. Otherwise, based on your ALT, your hepatitis does not seem to be active at the moment.
is inactive for the moment, but can it be active latter? and what tests i have to make for having a better answer?
Yes. Hepatitis B can go through different phases, so regular checkup is important. The usual tests are:
1. Liver functions test (liver panel)
2. hbvdna (viral load)
See a liver specialist and be monitored by him/her.
thank you for your answer.
another thing is that i have heard that i can transmit hep B by having sex. how possibility i have to transmit hep b? is better to use protection?
thank you.
Yes, Hepatitis B is a sexually transmitted disease. Use protection or get your partner vaccinated.
