How to make Hbsag negative?

How to make Hbsag negative?
Is there any cure or any medicine to make Hbsag negative?

I was tested medically four years before for a job and found hepatitis B positive. Then I consulted a doctor,he took my complete hepatits tests and told me nothing to worry because hepatitits b virus was non-reactive.But when tested medically it shows positive.

I am much confused because this HbsAg positve is really doing problems for my jobs and career. Please guide me what to do and how can I get rid of this HbsAg??

The reasons vary.

The gs9620, the toll like seven activator molecule, gave good results in a woodchuck study and then decent results in a small chimp study. In humans the current two year running study seems to have produced just some results with activation markers, but nothing worth presenting in terms of dna or hbsag reduction.

The tarmogen study, a therapeutic vaccine using multiple HBV TCELL epitopes fortified in a yeast antigen, was recently  reported  to have no meaningful results. There were big hopes in the concept, but the expected mechanisms apparantly did not work.

Gilead is also active in a tenofovir Pegasys combo study, but I see no reason why it would turn out any different than the already reported rather large studies with this combo. Please note that the old easl press release is somewhat misleading and not informative enough in the details on patient numbers and their pretreatment conditions.

The only development that is to my knowledge promising at this point in time  with Gilead is the new tenofovir alafenamide trial, that will lead to approval and availability  in 2017 or 18. This is still a clear step forward, since at least the bothersome kidney toxicity will then be a thing of the past.  It is unclear at this time if the muscle and heart mitochondrial inhibition will also be less with the new compound.

Why would they invest in dead end approach?

Gilead is currently investing only in dead end approaches in hbv. If anybody will own all the components together is doubtful. This will sadly further delay the performance of proper combo trials.

Do you think gilead will end up owning all the components?

Tdf + int is in circulation.
Its a credible option potentially sequential combo rates arent good (conversation we had before)

ARC is not in circulation.

As you said you will say whatever you want (clearly without much real intelligent thought behind)
Sounds like you need to grow up. Do some home work instead of using your energy just to br disruptive just some friendly advice
