Though theoretically once antibody forms it is unlikely to acquire infection but is it possible to acquire it on continued exposure?

Hahaha no dear actually my question has a lil deeper sense.. There is a similar sort of post posted by u regarding hbv mutant escape from vaccination. May be u meant something different in ur post I don't understand.
But here I mean that if one partner is regularly exposing his spouse who is vaccinated, is there any chance on such regular exposure that the virus mutate and causes virulence i.e infection. In one way if immunity lowers somehow due to some other infection say typhoid or malaria won't that time hbv may find some way to overcome the weakened immunity and cause hep b infection. Is this possible?

Actually m worried cause m gonna get married soon and so tensed regarding the future and worried too to either tell or not tell the future partner. Instead I am thinking to hide everything, she is already vaccinated but I don't know things in detail like antibody is formed or not n so so.

Virus won't come back from her to you with information to other viruses - "hey, let's mutate faster cuz she's vaccinated" :) There's no influence on mutations because of her vaccacine.

And more seriously, hiding your status to sexual partner is a crime in most of the countries also it's just not honest, you may tell her and she can check her antibodies level

It means a sexual partner will never contract hbv in life on repeated exposure if she is vaccinated.
Ya I'll ask her to check antibody levels but don't know how she ll respond

You've asked if regular exposure cause more mutations, the answer is no. Mutations depend on the time of your infection.
She should definatelly check antibodies level. I hope she took all 3 doses of vaccacine.

No I asked if regular exposure can make anyway to establish infection in a vaccinated person. Probably by escaping immune system through some way i.e.by mutation. Now by mutation I meant any mutant present in me which cud escape her immunity.
If I get married I ll repeat her 3 dose vaccination despite prevaccination before establishing sexual contact.
