lolol you guys are Soooooooooo harsh. I'm sure he already has hbv and doesn't want to infect anyone. I'm not certain how that works though. Is hbv something you can still catch even if you have it like hcv is? I don't know much about it.
lets give him the benefit of the doubt. maybe he has HBV and wants to meet a girl with it so he does not worry about giving it to her. this is how i read it.
