Alt level Fluctuation-Hep-B

Hello Friends,
I did a blood test again today after a month and the blood test are showing me INCREASED ALT levels. I did my blood test on Aug 04th 2010 and my ALT levels were 50 and now I did my blood test on Aug 23rd and my ALT level shows 63. I am not sure why there is so much of fluctuation where as for these days I have been on healthy diet (Juices), blueberries, milk with turmeric and also I have been going to the gym now regularly. Also I am already diagnosed for Hep-B chronic and these are my old report results, can someone help with why ALT levels are fluctuating:

Hi Cajim,
I used to drink occasionally (on weekends) but I have stopped drinking completely from almost 2 months now, yes I do sleep late in the night almost around 1:00am. Also the night prior to my blood test I couldnt sleep the whole night.
