Can I clear the virus

Below is the results of my last laboratory test results:

HBcAb positive
HBcigm negative
HBsAg positive
HBsAG value 475.61 iu/ml
HBsAB negative
HBeAg negative
HbeAb positive

Hbv dna copies   1874 cp/ml
Hepatitis b virus dna 322 iu/ml

Currently I leave in Africa and my doctor says I do not have to start treatment. But I want to clear the virus because I have heard people lose their their jobs because of being HBV positive. Can anyone send me details of any doctor in any part of the world that can help me clear the virus.

Thank you everyone.

I do not know my genotype yet. Can I administer these drugs myself as my doctor thinks I do not have to do anything yet? But I really want to clear this because of my career. Can anyone suggest any doctor whom I can contact for guidance. Thank you.
