get an expert liver specialists first (most are ignorant and not updated so be careful in this choice)
only fibroscan can tell if your liver is damaged, there are no abnormal liver function tests even in advanced cirrhosis state most of the time so dont be fooled by blood tests only
no cure, clearance only after years of hbvdna und by antivirals and then intf add on but not on all patients.both antivirals alone or intf alone have very low cure rates
