Autoimmune question

I've read several articles/studies (one of which I have included) that said that people with hand psoriasis are more susceptible to contracting HBV.  The reason being is because of the tiny lesions psoriasis causes.  My question is, could a healthy adult that has psoriasis clear HBV if they are not on --or have never been on-- immune suppressing medicine?  Does the overactive immune system attack HBV like a normal immune system would or does it succumb and turn chronic?

Would getting the HBV and HAV vaccine make this a non issue like it does for people with normal immune systems?  Providing that the person is not a non-responder?

if you take immune suppressive drugs you can dye of hbv, do not ever consider steroids and similar, even if you clear hbv it comes back and deadly

psoriasis can be treated by vit d3, just take 10000iu daily until you reach vitd 25oh>70ng/ml
also liposomal vit c (livonlabs) can help
