This study support the concept that says whenever HBsAg quantitive lower the chance of clearance is higher ..

They found in this research if the the HBsAg less than or equal 100 iu/ml, the higher chance for clearance .. Most of patients who eradicate hbv they have hbsag quant. less than 100 iu/ml ..

As Stef always repeates that if hbsag less than 1500 or 2000 iu/ml the chance with alinia and vit d3 in 2 years it may lead to eradication ..

with alinia and vit d3 in 2 years.....

and interferon, without interferon alinia and vit d3 will never clear.alinia, vit d3, simvastatin and coffee are all things that helps interferon response

unfortunately hbv is also able to hijack interferon so those substances and also making hbvdna und before interferon can help all non responders.

but you are definitely correct the lower hbsag the better
