Could fibroscan detected the liver inflammation?

The preliminary study suggests a role of liver stiffness measurement to assess i m p r o v e m e n t s   i n   f i b r o s i s   s t a g e s   o f   p a t i e n t s   o n  treatment. However, the decline in liver stiffness values may be due to decline in inflammation rather than fibrosis, and further studies with histological follow-ups a r e   r e q u i r e d   t o   d e t e r m i n e   t h e   u s e   o f   t r a n s i e n t  elastography in this setting.

I know fibroscan is good for staging your liver fibrosis?? But i want to know if is good to for staging necro-inflammation of the liver. Fibrotest measures inflammation from A0-A4 (Actitest).  Biopsy has Ishak score to measure hepatic activity index (HAI) for scoring of necroinflammatory.

The question is: Which of these three tests (Biopsy, Fibroscan, Fibrotest-Actitest) is the most precise and accurate to measure liver inflammation?

biopsy is useless at monitoring because you cant do it many times, it is safe one every 5 years, it makes also liver damage and has a death risk althouh low and very high error rate.not used anymore in italy and almost impossible to find patients willing to do it here

fibrotest is complitely unreliable, cirrhosis has no effect on blood tests on most patients especially early

fibroscan has the highest sensibility for relevant liver damage/cirrhosis, only one that can monitor, only one to have access to the most part of the liver.it measures both fibrosis, steatosis and inflammation
