What is the recommended diet for a person having chronic Hepatitis B and C?

there is a natural diet for patients with these cases.briefly you should avoid eating meat, eggs and  too much fry.Tea, the spices spicy, fatty food , yogurt, are the worst thing for the liver. Eggs, drugs, salty snacks, snack, chips, pastries and confectionery products, sandwiches, frozen foods ,and too salty quickly poached ,salt vinegar ,sauce and tomato juice, Pickled, roasted foods. These are enemy of liver.
But  water , fruit , Lettuce, cucumber, carrots and sprouts with lemon Game salad before the food until you do not obese. barley soup once a week plum, Bukhara, barley soup , two to three tablespoons of honey with lemon honey syrup to , Using Herbs Pickled natural, lemon, Citrus and barberry is the best medicine for liver.
