hi i m a bangladeshi in Bangladesh maximum Doctor are butcher no body trust them my hbsag is positive hbeag is negatitve HBV DNA Low positive Hbv Dna copies/ml -2190, Sgpt 32 UL, Prothombin time test 11.7sec control-11.0sec, Ultrasonography report is - mild fatty change of liver, ALT 32U/L, with this report i consult with a Gesto liver professor he did not say me anything with out given me a Liver biopsy then i go to a another Liver professor he see all my report carefully then give me a fatt reduce tablet and said meet with him after 03 month. and give some test for my wife and my loving sons , now plz tell me who is correct & whose sussetion i will follow
both were correct, making biopsy was the most correct thing to do, without it it s not possible to know how liver is
as for fatty liver excercise plus diet of bitter melon, vitamin E and D, fish oil 4,5g daily, bluberries at least 160gr per day and back rice instead of other pasta or rice should solve fatty liver problem very fast, at least this has worked on me
as to the liver follow our posts about alinia and interferon,which can eradicate virus
tenofovir and entecavir are useless on infection they can only stop liver damage not the virus
