Drinks after Hep B cured

I had been infected with Hep B and cleared so
- Can I have drinks like beer, brandy, wine whisky, etc
- Can I donate blood?
- Can I have unprotected sex with my partner?
I am not aware of these things so please advise.

Thanks

might not be more than 2-3 months

2-3 months is only the acute part with the alt rise/hbvdna detactable but to make hbsag negative requires very long times from minimum of a couple of months to 6-12 months

Template of the virus" - Does this mean antibodies?
no a part of dna which makes the virus and antigens, if the antibody hbsab is not present this cccdna can make the full virus and infect new cells
hbsab makes impossible for cccdna or residual virus to infect new cells (very very rare exceptions with hbv mutants)

developed immunity
it is the thing above, the ipotesis is:
cccdna might make a virion but he has no where to go because entrance to the cells is closed by hbsab so he is going to be killed by lymphos in minutes or seconds

the residual cccdna dyes slowly as the infected cells with cccdna dye

One question on ur comment

"Template of the virus" - Does this mean antibodies?

One thing I couldn't able to find answers even with my doctor which is
when we say developed immunity does that mean virus stays inactive in our body as antibodies took control or antibody started killing virus.

1) Would that be fine?

yes absolutely, especially if you are sure it was short and acute because the liver should have zero fibrosis only a little enlarged because inflammation.ultrasound is good to check liver size

2) I smoke will that be a problem?
well we know it carries tons of deadly illnesses when you ll be older.almost all my friends stopped smoking when they started to see parents/friends dying of cancer

3) reinfection is impossible but every time you have to take serious drugs check their effect on immune system.the way drugs are accepted by FDA is very light as regards effects on immune system/kidneys since it is not easy to see, so many times effects on immune system are not even reported.steriods, chemiotherapies and drugs for reumathoid illnesses are the one that can reactivate hbv.as long as you double check, since doctors dont worrry about this, you are super safe

4) Can I absolutly say Hep b is cleared from my body and also immune to hep d as I have developed antibodies for hepb?
no, you can only say you have 100% immune control over it but the template of the virus (not the virus) can remain for decades, this is the reason you can t donate blood or organs.if you see hbsag negative and hbsab negative one dy it means you cleared even template

Thanks for your comments.. I might have cured in Acute stage. I didnt notice any symptoms. I just got tested to make sure..

Also I don't drink much bit occasionally like with friends or any functions. I dont have banned drugs as well..

Mostly I drink Beer, Wine and sometimes Whisky/Brandy.. I take these like once in 2 weeks or a month. 1) Would that be fine?

I really appreciate your comments.

2) I smoke will that be a problem?
3) I am not immuno compromised guy or not having any drug treatment considering that re-infection possible and any precautions i need to take going forwards?
4) Can I absolutly say Hep b is cleared from my body and also immune to hep d as I have developed antibodies for hepb?

Sorry thats a lot of questions and lack of knowledge. I tried searching on net but couldn't get answers.

- Can I have drinks like beer, brandy, wine whisky, etc

better avoid them all for 6 months in case it was a short acute infection
if it was cronic it depends on fibrosis/liver damage

also consider that alcoll has been found to make more damage than crack, cocaine and the other heavy drugs so it is not healthy anyway although drinking is in he culture of many countries.only 2 glasses of wine/beer are healthy but a study found that liver damage might start even for more than 1 full glass of wine per day

Can I donate blood?
no

Can I have unprotected sex with my partner?
yes
