Entecavir or Tenofovir

hi guys, i m chronic Hep b person. i met a doctor and confirmed with tests. my doctor suggested me entecavir 0.5mg every day and i m on it for past 40 days.  today i met another hepatalogist for morning nausea problem and he who suggested me to go for tenofovir which is more effective and less cost. pls kindly help who should i follow and which tablet is good for HBV?

Ann. Lock is a leader world expert for Hep B. In her summary given last months said that the best treatment is tenofovir with 0% resistance so far.

thanks for your reply, so shall i start taking Reviro 300mg as prescribed by my second doctor by stopping baraclude 0.5mg?
