Exercise

Can I exercise intensly if I'm a chronic hepatitis B carrier, ALT twice than normal, viral load: 47 000 ui/ml, minimal inflammation 1, 0 fibrosis? I asked my doctor and he said I can exercise as much as I resist. Thanks

my hbsag is reactive but my hbeag is reactive also but before my hbeag is non reactive and that was 2008 ago. what should i do?? can this interferon can make my hbeag non reactive?? in order for me to become a healthy carrier?? because the gastro dr. before gve me the SEVIBO.. and how much is the cost of this interferon??

That is what they all do here. Suggest an antiviral. When in fact only interferon has the potential to cure us. Antivirals  are to be taken life time.

If i were you i would do interferon. You have elevated alt and low viral load. This means your immune system is controlling the virus. And it needs help to boost it. And interferon exactly does that. It is both an antiviral and immune stimulator.

My doctor suggested Viread, should I take it ?

You need to do interferon. Since your alt is up.  Your immune system is fighting the virus. This will cause liver damage if goes for long.

My advice to you would be to get serious and start treating it.
