Experts please have a look on this.HBEAG-, ALT-50(0-50 range)

Alt is increased from 37 to 50 in 3 months.
But DNA is decreased i.e 190 IU/ml now(18/09/2017). Previously its 6000 IU/ml(15/06/2017) .Ultra sound and AFP is normal. Doctor said no treatment now.
Please help me, is i need to consider for treatment because ALT reached to upper limit.

I think the fact that your alt is going up and your DNA count is going down is a good sign you may be in a clearing stage however, keep watching it with your doctor
