Fibrosis or early cirrhosis...

Hi all, I have HBV for years detected on 2005. I have done friboscan half year go result was f3 . and i have done bloodtest and normal ultrasound again last week, the blood test are normal but the untrralsound come up with suggestive fibrosis or early cirrhosis........here is my ultrasound result .
1. Heterogeneous liver with fine reticular echoes suggestive of
fibrosis or early cirrhosis. No sonographic evidence of
hepatocellular carcinoma.

2. Stable multiple gallbladder polyps measuring up to 5 mm.

I have personally reviewed the images for this examination and agree
with the report transcribed above.
Narrative
COMPLETE ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND HEPATOMA WITH DOPPLER: 8/29/2016 9:58 AM

CLINICAL HISTORY: 37 years of age, Male, Hcc screening.

COMPARISON: January 29, 2016

PROCEDURE COMMENTS: Multiple transverse and longitudinal sonographic
grayscale images of the abdomen were obtained, supplemented with
color, power, and spectral Doppler imaging.

FINDINGS:

Pancreas: Visualized portions normal.
Liver length: 11.9 cm.
Liver appearance: Coarse heterogenous echotexture with fine reticular
echoes throughout the liver, suggestive of fibrosis or early
cirrhosis. No definite hepatic lesion identified. No biliary ductal
dilatation.
Liver capsule: Smooth.

Hepatic veins: Patent with normal triphasic waveforms.
Portal veins: Patent with normal hepatopetal flow.
Portal vein velocity: 21.7 cm/sec.
Superior mesenteric and splenic veins: Patent with normal hepatopetal
flow.
Hepatic artery: Patent with a normal waveform.
Hepatic artery velocity: 54.0 cm/sec.
Hepatic artery resistive index: 0.75.

CBD: 5 mm.
Gallbladder: At least 4 echogenic non-mobile foci along the
gallbladder wall are again demonstrated, largest measuring up to 5
mm, unchanged from prior. No gallbladder wall thickening or
pericholecystic fluid.

Right kidney length: 11.1 cm.
Right kidney appearance: Normal.

Left kidney length: 9.8 cm.
Left kidney appearance: Normal.

Spleen: 8.9 cm, homogeneous in appearance.

Aorta: Normal.
IVC: Normal.

I canot find my full report cuz i have done it in other hosiptal

Shear wave velocity measurements:
Median shear wave velocity: 1.65 m/sec

Reference values for liver fibrosis:
F2: For velocities > 1.34 m/s
F3: For velocities > 1.55 m/s
F4: For velocities > 1.8 m/s

Do you think I should ask for a liver biopsy or another friboscan to make sure?

I am not a doctor or expert. I think your ultrasound report is consistent with F3 by Fibroscan.  I think you may review your hbvdna and liver function test with a view to start treatment as a measure to prevent progression of fibrosis, or at the very least, closer monitoring. Consult your doctor.
thanks for reply , Since I am taking of  the entecavir (Baraclude) HEP B VIRUS DNA (Not Detected).
