From undetable to seroconversion

Does anybody knows the average time it takes from HBV DNA undetectable to HBe seroconversion for an HBe positive person? Thanks.

entecavir alone takes years for hbeag seroconversion, about 40% seroconvert at 4 years.it has no effect on virus and usually the number of infected cells increases in the first years, you see from hbsag rising instead of lowerring

hbvdna value has no correlation with hbeag and number of infected cells.you can have hbvdna und but the liver getting more infected, it may be complicated to understand for many of you but the antivirals alone are useless in term of effect on virus

hepdecko81 has found a good doctor who make a combination therapy of interferon which lowers infected cells bossting immune system and antiviral which stops virus replication.this combination prevents any virus mutation/resistance and has the highest seroconversion rates especially if interferon is made for 2years or more, hbsag seroconversion of interferon+lam is about 30%

the addition of ntz and the use of entecavir or tenofovir instead of lam might boost this rate

No. Only baraclude.  One year to be undetect and now don't know if e-seroconverted

yes i took pegasys + lamivivudin, after 52 (4 weeks post treatman) weeks i am anti-Hbs reactive titer>1000
