Good news taf available in india.
Mylan has launched taf in india in the name of hepbest at rs 1900
Very gud news versa.. i was told it will be arriving by April. Now time to shift to it. Not that expensive though.

it is the generic version of gilead vemlidy more potent than tdf at less power 25 mg and less side effects
Can i shift to TAF from entecavir 0.5mg, without consulting my doctor? I am on entecavir for past 1 year 10 months

no. Please consult with your dr than if he recomend then switch to TAf
Today I will switch to TAF, HepBest, for three months first. Let's see how it goes!

If u r on any antiviral u may shift to it on ur own. No need of drs.advice. most of the doctors practicing here are even not aware about this drug. I ve seen a lot a physicians still prescribing lamivudine then what better can u expect from them.
its trials were going in the hospital from where i am taking my treatment and my doctor knew about it ....he told me very soon it will be approved but still i want to take his advise first as i know he will further put me on taf. Mate all doctors are not bad go for the best.
