Grifola frondosa and hbv and interferon

I've found a study which suggest that Grifola frondosa (Maitake mushroom) may be interesting addon to interferon therapy:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16846649

Althought some other study suggest that in may increase but unfortunatelly also descrease some cytokines:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11995941

I'm worring especially about IL-4 cuz in my case it was 21 for range 20-120 few months ago.

Absolutely. But don't expect too much from it.

yes of course, I hope every element may improve it a little, like d3, maitake and gcmaf

The shitake and maitake mushrooms are well known to improve immunity against hbv, including some hbsag lowering. The effect is mediated by cytokines, as expected.
