I HAD MY BLOOD REPORTS DONE TODAY AND FOUND INCREASED ALT AND AST LEVELS SPECIFICALLY AND A HIGH CRP RANGE. MY READINGS SPECIFICALLY ARE

AST- 87
ALT 137
CRP REFERNCE RANGE- 4.7

I have had persistant low grade fever and headaches, facial flushing and significant weakness and malaise.

What do you think is wrong and what are the treatments possible?

You need to ask your MD to follow your condition to see if this is acute or chronic hepB.  If acute and you are an adult, your immune system will likely fight off the virus on its own.  If chronic, your MD may consider starting you on antiviral meds like Hepsera or Baraclude since you evidence liver damage with the high ALT/AST level.   Always work with your MD to monitor your HepB.  Good luck.
