does someone with HBEAG - NEGATIVE and HIGH HBVDNA count in IU/ ml considered an immune escape?

hbv immune escape mutant is hbv virus with hbsag mutated in the a determinant region, so people vaccinated or people that cleared hbv is not protected for this form

this is very rare but transmission of acute hbv due to this form has been already found in asian patients
