HBV and Autism

One of my close relative around 30 years of age of Indian origin was suffering from Hepatitis B for the past 5 years. Based on her hepatitis panel, hepatologist  concluded that she is inactive carrier of hepatitis B. The results are as follows
HBsAG +ve, HBsAB -ve, HBeAG -ve, HBeAB +ve, Anti HBC IgM -ve,  HBV DNA - UND, normal LFT. She is yet to have child. once she tested positive for hepatitis B , we all try to understand from various sources and of course from this forum.
What is her concern is after the delivery child has to be given HBIG and Hepatitis B vaccine within12 hours of birth, Can a child capable of taking those injections soon after birth? Some where she read that these two injections which are supposed to give to a child of hepatitis B positive mother immediately after delivery can cause Autism to the child?
What are the chances of liver damage though normal LFT and HBV DNA-UND, HBeAG -ve, HBeAB +ve ?
What are the precautions to be taken?
In a long run that means having hepatitis B for many years cause HBV-UND become detectable?
If all other tests are normal like  normal LFT , HBeAG -ve, HBeAB +ve  what is frequency of HBV DNA test to be done?

Kindly answer.

"HBV DNA high" means you may be HBeAg+, not necessarily acute.

Thank you cajim.
The concern here is generally no vaccine will be given within 12 hours of birth except hepatitis B ( that too if born to hepatitis B positive mother) and lot of study is happening on hepatitis B side effects on infants.
Kindly answer the other query. If HBV DNA high means ( > 10^5 ) can i assume two conditions , one in acute phase , other having hepatitis B for a long time may be >10 years( or  infected at birth)?
