HBV treatment

I’m a male in my early 60's of east Asian decent. I got the HBV through vertical transmission when I was an infant.

Here is my situation:
HBeAg (-)
HBeAb (+)
HBcAb (+)
HBV DNA (Viral Load) is around 7,000 IU/mL
AST & ALT levels are normal
Genotype is B
FibroScan = 4.3
FibroScore = 0.29
Serum albumin = 4.4 g/dL
BILIRUBIN = 0.7
Platelet count = 147,000 mm(3),
Basal core promoter mutations = Not Detected
Do not have first-degree relatives with HCC.

Should I be treated now? If yes, with Viread or Baraclude?

Thanks for looking into my post and giving your suggestions.

Your viral load of 7,000 iu/ml is a little bit high, generally it is better to be under 2,000 iu/ml. However your ALT is normal(persistently I hope) and your Fibroscan score is very good, indicating no or minor fibrosis. Whether you should treat or not is a grey area, but because you are over male and over 50, I suggest you should have half-yearly check up and ultrasound imaging.
Personally, if cost is not an issue, I would treat with Entecavir.
