there is and it is possible but not all can make it negative for what we know from 1-2 years ntz experience but maybe possible for many more by 4-10years
ntz lowers hbsag on all but only hbe negative/hbeab positive have a fast decline in months the other probably require 1-2 years
it is also nonsense use it as monotherapy because it is active on hbs,hbc and hbe antigens but not directly on hbvdna so it might lower hbsag but not hbvdna.
the most potent combo when ntz is started first or when hbvdna detactable are:
ntz+interferon
ntz+entecavir
we don t have many in our group on ntz+tenofovir so we don t know exactly how potent this combo is, until now only one with lam and maybe adv resistance
try to make a research about Alinia Nitazoxanide. before there are no cure but now there is.
- no there isnt
- no it isnt possible
