HELP NEEDED URGENTLY

Am a chronic carrier 37yrs of age male my question are 1) is  it possible for ultrasound not to pick abnormal nodules formation in the liver of a chronic carrier 2) it is possible for ultrasound not to pick any defect  to the liver even in the presence of severe fibrous in the liver of a chronic carrier 3) what percentage of chronic hepatitis B carrier will die as a result of the complication cause by the hep b virus to the liver

sorry ultrasound will pick up severe cirrhosis, size of liver , cyst, tumors. it does not measure stiffness of liver.

Ultrasound will not pick up fibrosis, usually picks up severe cirrhosis or tumors. Fibroscan measures stiffness of liver same as biopsy. hep b virus does not kill you, either liver cancer or end stage liver disease does. the disease itself does not attack you but rather the immune system attacking the hep b virus thus scarring the liver. in some instances the hep b virus will crate hcc w/o scarring of the liver.
