HELP WITH MY LIVER TESTS

Hello Friends,
Hope all are doing well.
I am new here.
For the last few weeks I had a pain in the right upper abdomen. It was not severe till previous week Tuesday, when the pain got severe. I was advised to do an USG , which showed mild liver enlargement with fatty liver.

Liver function test was also advised which shows serum bilirubin - .59mg/dl. SGPT -107 U/L and SGOT - 61 U/L.

I was also advised to do HCV which says non-reactive.

The HBsag was done by Architect i1000 SR kit which shows result as .04 IU/ml. it says non-reactive if less than .05IU/ml and reactive is equal to or greater than .05IU/ml. I could not understand this test.

Please help me understand what to do. Do i have hepatitis B. I am little tense.

Thanks and sincere regards
